What to expect if you didnt make it to the police department to get finger printed and now have a warrant out?

a month ago i was caught shoplifting ,i was arrested and they set me up for a day i was suppose to go down to the police department to get finger printed and a day set up for my court date but i got the days switched up and was a no show. they said there is no way i can reschedule and i now have a warrant out for my arrest. what do i do now .? my records was clear now what all do i have on there .? and if i have another run in with the police how much time do i have to do .? do i have to go to jail for sure .? can some post bail for me to get out over night .? im panicing like crazy ... i need answers asap.
