I sexted ...... Now I feel like **** ?

K , so I've sexted this guy before. We've been friends, best friends, friends with benefits and we almost dated. About month ago he kept asking me for " pictures" I wanted to , it's just I wanted it to me a me and him thing only.. He promised to delete and not say anything.. I trust him. Last night he asked again , and I did . He said he wanted 4 (don't ask) I sent 3 , after the third we had a "what's up" convo , then he said "brb" and he never sent back.. What does these mean ?
