Do guys really think grossly/negatively about the girl's features during sex?

I can't speak for all guys, but personally, I don't focus on some little imperfection, especially under those circumstances. I suppose if the girl was truly hideous it would be a problem, but if that were the case, I wouldn't be in bed with her in the first place.
