How to deal with boastful people?

I am not hateful at all and i love to see people accomplish things but i am dealing with a very boastful friend. All she does is brag about her nice car, and how much money she has spent in the mall it is really getting on my nerves! I am not as fortunate as she is but i am grateful for everything i do have! she is very fortunate and her parents are financially stable. here i am a struggling college student trying to get a car, and here she is buying two cars at once and bragging about like she brags about everything else! what should i do she has always been like this since high school smh! It is kinda hurtful :(
