The love of my life has RA, and I'm not sure what to do.?

The love of my life has RA. She is in pain all the time. Her joints ache and her body hurts. I do what I can to help her. I give her massages, I make sure she doesn't eat what she shouldn't. I take her for walks and try to keep her as active as possible. She has dreams, though, and that where I am at a stand still. I want to accomplish those dreams for her, but It hard to save up to take her to Europe, when we don't have health insurance and we pay $200 a month for her medicine. There's really no question here, just someone asking the community for general advice regarding RA and how a lover is suppose to provide for the person who has it. Thanks.
