Someone is pretending to be my friend and make me take an IQ test?

Ok so today i logged into my Live Messenger. One of my friends was on and she IMed me so i said hey and she then quickly told me to take an IQ test. I said why and then they quickly said "BRB gotta shower, tell me your score". So i knew the test was a scam so i asked, "Who is this?" they replied with "you don't remember we used to hang out in the old days". That's when it got weird because i knew my friend would never talk like that. Then i asked other questions and they never answered back. Has this ever happened to any of you? And has my friends account been hacked?
