What exercise is good for someone who is strong but has trouble getting big?

you should eat more. like A LOT. you should constantly be eating and exercising to get rid of the fat from the food you're eating. the food will give you more energy and the more energy+ exercise+nutrients you get from the food, you will get bigger. but you should eat healthy foods and gets lots of protein. no chips, ice cream, any of that junk.
