Unfortunately I don't know the laws in your state. I think you should probably find a lawyer as your daughters welfare depends on it Try finding a lawyer that will let you make payments. My husband was in a similiar situation, he found a great lawyer that was willing to accept monthly payments and he got custody of his 3 girls. I realize the money problem, but if you love your daughter, don't put a value on her well being. Good luck to you.
